Format #2: In-House Training

If you don't have the time or resources to conduct harassment and discrimination training classes, then consider outsourcing your compliance training to us. The size of your training class is not an issue.  No class is ever too small for us.

AHI's in-house training presentations are conducted by experienced, world-class trainers who are experts in the subject matter and are able to create an interesting, engaging, and educational environment.

Our classes are customized for your organization. Using your specific policies and procedures, our instructor will cover the material that's pertinent to your organization.

Preventing Workplace Harassment & Discrimination contains quizzes to determine where your supervisors need more instruction...scenarios based on actual cases that give your managers experience in judging real-world situations...case studies to comment on so your supervisors can engage in interactive dialogue to apply what they've learned back on the job.

One-On-One Training

AHI also offers one-on-one private training sessions for supervisors or employees accused of harassment or discrimination.  Our trainer will discuss the problem with you and privately train the individual.  After the session, the trainer will report back their findings.

Our In-House Training Classes Contain:

  • POWERPOINT SLIDES: Attention-grabbing slides make the presentation flow smoothly while enhancing the learning process.

  • PARTICIPANT'S WORKBOOK: Everything that's contained in the PowerPoint presentation is reprinted in this guide for your supervisors to follow and take notes in during the presentation.

  • LIVE QUIZZES: Each presentation starts with a general knowledge quiz in order for the trainer to assess the learning needs of participants. Follow-up quizzes thoughout the course check for content understanding and retention.

  • INTERACTIVE LEARNING: Participation is encouraged throughout the presentation. Your managers are given several opportunities to answer questions, analyze case studies, and discuss real-life scenarios.

  • FINAL TEST: An individual exam is administered upon completion of the course. Our instructor will grade the exam and give the results to your Human Resources representative.

  • DOCUMENTATION: You also receive training invitations and attendance forms to prove you've conducted training if it is ever questioned in court.
