One-On-One Harassment Training
If an investigation finds that a harassment complaint against one of your supervisors is legitimate, you need to decide whether or not the harasser will be terminated. If their behavior does not warrant termination, then we highly suggest that you conduct one-on-one training for the offending supervisor.
Conducting such training shows the complaining employee that you are serious about keeping the supervisor from repeating the inappropriate behavior. This can help keep the employee from pursuing the matter by filing a formal complaint with the EEOC or state equivalent. It also shows that you are serious about enforcing your harassment policy and keeping your workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
Our trainers are knowledgeable in employment law and employee relation issues. They can work individually with a problem employee to effectively correct the offending behavior and avoid future problems.
The private one-on-one session encourages the employee to discuss issues with the trainer that he/she might never address in front of co-workers or superiors. After the one-on-one session, our trainer will provide you with all the documentation you will need to prove that the employee has been trained. The trainer will also provide a written review of the training, along with their findings.
Normally, this type of training is conducted in-house. However, you can save on travel costs by using either a live trainer-led webinar or online self-study.
